In 2009, I started my fitness journey and in learning about fitness and weight loss, I experienced some new things that have changed my life and my outlook. The experiences and lessons learned are what I hope to share with you in this blog. “Invest in experiences, not things” and “Enjoy the journey” have become my personal mantras. Sure, we all need and want “things,” but it’s all about not letting the tangible overtake our lives.
